Delete an app account

For the ANASFA app and the other academy apps built on Classora, published by Wonkrew. Parents, students and teachers can delete their app account at any time.

In the app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to More.
  3. Tap Delete my account, read what happens, and confirm.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] with the mobile number you sign in with and the name of your academy. We confirm the request with you, then close the account just as the app does.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in. The app no longer opens for your mobile number at that academy.
  • Every phone you were signed in on is signed out.
  • Your phones' notification tokens, so notifications stop at once.

The academy is told that you deleted your app account.

What the academy keeps

Your academy's records are not part of your app account. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, photos, attendance, grades, invoices and payments stay with the academy, because it needs them for its own records and some, such as finance records, it must keep by law for at least five years. The record of changes made to them is kept with them.

To have any of those records removed or corrected, ask the academy. Our privacy policy says more.

Using the app again

Ask your academy to invite you again. You start with a new app account.
