Terms of use

These terms are between you and Satz Venture Nurturers Private Limited, whose brand Wonkrew makes Classora. They cover classora.ai, the Classora admin website and the apps academies give their families and teachers, such as the ANASFA app.

Your academy and you

Classes, fees, refunds and the academy's own rules are between you and your academy. We make the software the academy uses; we do not run its classes or set its fees.

Your account

  • Your academy gives you access, and can end it.
  • Your account is for you alone. Keep your phone and its sign-in codes to yourself.
  • Tell your academy or us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Using Classora fairly

Please do not:

  • look at, or try to reach, anyone else's records;
  • interfere with the service, or test, probe or copy how it works;
  • upload anything unlawful, harmful or that is not yours to share.

Payments

You pay your academy, not us. Card payments are taken by Stripe on the academy's own account. Questions about a charge go to the academy.

The service

We work to keep Classora running and your academy's records safe. We improve it often, and now and then it may be unavailable for maintenance. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

Responsibility

As far as the law allows, Classora is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.

Ending

You can delete your app account at any time, as Delete an app account explains. We may suspend an account that is misused.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

If these terms change, we update this page and its date. Your information is covered by our privacy policy.
